Our tax return should be relatively simple - we don't have a business or any complicated earnings or deductions, really. The JAG CPA group managed to screw up some dependent care information, which resulted in the IRS coming back two years later to collect the extra $600 in taxes plus $38 in interest.nnFor the trouble and hassle of having to pay out this extra sum at such an inconvenient time, I asked JAG CPA for $12. Although they acknowledged the error on their part, they refused the extra request and promised to pay only the $38. That was on about Oct. 25. As of November 30, I have yet to receive the reimbursement for the $38.nnThey allegedly sent the check to my old home, despite asking for my [correct] address. So apparently they screwed that up, too. I asked them to cut a new check, and despite my promise to tear up the potential extra check, JAG CPA (Joe Gonzalez and office manager TeAnna) has gone silent and stopped responding to me. I guess they are that concerned over an extra $38 they would be paying out if I broke my promise and cashed the duplicate check. nnWell I hope they're happy with this review. I gave them about 35 days to sort through this, so now I'm forced to write this up. nnI wouldn't recommend them. They are disorganized and offer little in the way of customer service.
