Previous experiences with GRCC have been impressive, but this time it took all members playing in concert to complete our sales. Several closings with multiple owners, sometimes requiring last minute changes made our recent transactions challenging, particularly in this brisk real estate market. Every interaction with GRCC was timely, accurate, communicative and genuinely pleasant. Professional on every level, we give them five stars and both thumbs up.

I was disappointed in the experience we had with this firm. My partner and purchased a home and had to practically beg for communication on the process (as did our realtor.) Our closing was delayed due to overbooking which is understandable but we did not even receive a phone call. All in all, a mediocre experience.
