My husbands case was federal he's looking at 360 to life. Atty malarcik didn't even show up for first hearing, kept canceling hearings because of other cases asked for $$ when was already getting paid and was difficult to get on phone if at all. Then in last hearing before he was fired didn't even fight for his client
