If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. My mother has been having a case with them for a good amount of months. They haven’t reached out to her since June 2021 and we are basically in October already. My mother has to call them in order to get information regarding her case but they never answer or send her to voicemail. What is the point of being a lawyer if you will not have any for mom of communication with your client? Also, my mother has an appointment with the person in charge of her case and she wasn’t there. So much for being professional making us drive 40 mins over here for them to tell us they aren’t here. If you have a case with them or you’re planning to have a case with them don’t bother get a different lawyer or someone better because these people seem to not care about their cases.

Horrible secretaries with attitude, I called multiple times left many messages and never get a call back. They set an appointment time without checking in with my schedule, and when I tried to reschedule, I was unable to get anyone on the phone. I left messages of my availability only for them to schedule again on a date I cannot make it. Finally set an appointment and when I showed up I was told there was no appointment. Waited for more than an hour and when I asked to reschedule because they are wasting my time. I was told not to give her attitude. Her words, "attitude". Very unprofessional. My times in this office I've seen clients lose it with the people that work there, now I know why, save yourself. Do not do business with them.
