Grant, Cottrell & Miller-Myers, PLLC

Sadly this was the law firm my father choose to use for his estate. I have worked with many a law firms & none have been as non-communicative as this firm has been. My father had a trust & these can be very confusing to the average lay person. The attorney, Jeff Grant sent material after material that needed explainations yet none was given and if one asked, he along with his paralegal acted taken back that they would have to explain anything. Their attitude shocked me. Furthermore Mr. Grant would say one thing and then nothing he said happened. It has been 2.5 years since my father died and yet none of the beneficiaries have seen any money & no idea when that day will come. I pushed it so I got a tiny amount. No followup on where things stand and he and his paralegal always has some excuse. I would advise anyone thinking of using this law firm and in particular, Mr, Jeffrey Grant to choose someone else who cares about their clients, regardless of how removed they are from the person who hired them. It has been nothing but beyond frustrating and disheartening that someone would actually conduct business as this attorney and paralegal, Jennifer has. It's the principal of being honest. keeping clients informed and explaining complicated probate & trusts. You don't and won't get that type of service from either of these people.

Needed help and advice quickly - Justin was VERY informative and helpful on a time sensitive issue. We were out of state - He handled and took care of the "Situation" quickly and efficiently.
