I can confidently say that Gregg is the best real estate attorney in Westchester it is not just a job for him, this is his life. He is also extremely personable, kind, and a friend before anything. It has been a year since I closed on my house. I had some tax issue recently and he welcomed me into his office and we resolved everything right there. He spoke to the town AND the bank clearing everything up for me and resolving my issue. He’s THE guy.

Closing of our property was straight forward and was pleased with the transaction. However, the experience after has been very different. The paralegal team has been very unpleasant, unprofessional and very frustrating. Information that we have rights to know has been a struggle to acquire. The paralegal team have not been transparent at all, and asking questions is a nuisance to them. I would not recommend using their services, unless a change is made in their approach to help others.
