Daniel Gregory is too kind to say this so I will. I had a big mess after a death in the family. Lost will, name changes, and I lived out of state. You name it, it was a problem, especially when I couldn’t open an estate account…even when accompanied by the Nevada resident / co-administrator (required in NV) because NV banks require co-administrators to act independently on account. Not important for you to understand, but it gets tedious…let me tell you! I’m talking hours on the phone and dozens of bank visits. You know who fixed it all up for us? Daniel Gregory. He was a lifesaver. Never got impatient, a true professional and one of the kindest lawyers I’ve ever worked with.
