I had an ultrasound for my twins yesterday and had Abby for my tech. She was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable, comfortable and welcoming. She took the time to explain everything and make separate envelopes for our gender reveal. I have been to other ultrasound places and also had positive experiences, but this was absolutely exceptional. I'd for sure be back for the outstanding service received! Thank you again Abby for such an enjoyable experience!nnJust a note - someone posted a negative review because partners of pregnant ladies aren't allowed in the room. This is common practice for all ultrasound facilities. One of the reasons is that the techs need to get so many measurements and they need to focus and too many people are distracting (plus who wants someone standing/sitting behind them while they work? I wouldn't!). They always allow the partners in the room once all the measurements are taken and show them the fetus(es!) and heartbeats and answer questions. A lot of people don't know that if they haven't been through the process before :)
Excellent. Went in twice for an ultrasound and biopsy. Front staff was fine, technicians and doctor were great. Alice and Dr. Annalisse Brecker (spelling?) had excellent bedside manners and were very thorough and professional. Basically no wait for my scheduled biopsy but I did have to wait 30 minutes for my scheduled ultrasound.
I went there today and a had a pregnancy ultrasound with Lisa. HMG! It was an amazing experience. Lisa is so calm, kind and respectful. I really recommend this place!
Great caring staff! Took me in for an emergency appointment because of possibility of having a miscarriage. knowledgeable technician and radiologist which told me the bad news. highly recommend
Not friendly to partners of pregnant women.nnPartners aren't allowed during most of the obstetrical ultrasound. You have to stay in the waiting room and listen to the staff chit-chat.nnThis isn't mentioned when you book, so it's a disappointment to learn about it when you arrive, especially if you had different expectations.n"
