If I could put 0 stars I would. We were totally scammed out of $2500. We hired Rico Neal to get my husband’s record expunged & he did absolutely nothing. We dealt with them for 2 years. I started calling regularly trying to get some kind of update, with zero response, so I threatened to call the state bar. Then all the sudden the very next day he called my husband & said everything was all set and his record was expunged. Great! Until he applied for a new job & the record was in fact, NOT expunged. We contacted Rico & he tried to act like everything looked fine on his end. Said he’d look into it. Then a few months later, we keep reaching out, now all the sudden he needs records for the application! He NEVER even submitted the application in TWO YEARS. On top of that he blatantly lied to us and said he was all taken care of. Totally insane that anyone would conduct business like this. Do NOT trust this firm with your legal needs.
