This firm is pretty good. The staff's response is timely, paid attention to details, and worked hard till the house sale transaction was closed. I strongly recommend this firm to others and I will reuse their services if a need arises in the future.

"We won't charge you if you don't close", complete nonsense from Shokry. I made the unfortunate mistake of returning to him for help when my first property didn't work out and to my surprise he decided to charge me an additional $700 in fees right before my closing. Now in a tight spot and needing to close, I asked him for an explanation and his explanation was because we worked on two properties with you. So it would have been more beneficial for me to not come back to his office for service once my first deal fell through, not sure how he thought that made sense, but that was his sleazy explanation. During closing, sleazy sneaky Shokry decided to hide in his office the whole time staring at me through his security cameras while I closed with the title company, only to come yelling out at me when I had to confirm details of my closing with the sellers office because he was nowhere to be found. Don't deal with this guy and save yourself the nightmare.
