My parents experience with Mark as their elder care lawyer surpassed all expectations. He gave them his undivided attention, answering all questions and never rushing through a moment of the process. In 2006, my parents set up a Medicaid trust with Mark. The detail and foresight that he had to protect and distribute their assets upon their death was thorough and fulfilled their wishes. During a very stressful time, when our mother’s declining health necessitated a higher level of care at home, it became apparent that her estate was not in order.
