The customer service I just received was completely unprofessional. I was trying to obtain law services from your firm, but was accosted and accused of calling multiple times and faking accents. Who answers the phone for what is supposed to be a reputable business and aggressively ignorantly attacks the caller. The lady who answered the phone should be reprimanded or fired. I would NEVER use your firm.
