I have been very happy with Gross and Shuster from the beginning of my experience with them. I contacted them after I was in a serious accident and they helped me navigate through a very difficult time. What stuck out to me most and was most important to me was when I met with Mr. Terence Gross, how personable he was and treated me with the utmost respect. They achieved the best outcome they could for me, but also gained my respect as a human being, I was never made to feel like a number.
