In my 30+ years in business I have seen lots of attorneys. Some good, others not so much and then every once and a while a GEM Stone arrives. I speak of James Helf, an awesome attorney from this firm. Even though I am in NJ I now use this firm for as much of my legal needs as possible.

Its a shame that clearly recognizable former employees of the firm chose to leave such negative and false reviews. Their bias and bitterness is clear. In fact the one review by "A" is factually impossible as the firm just began about 2 months ago. So to say she retained the firms services 7 years ago is clearly false and impossible. Anyway, this firm and its attorneys have years of excellent experience in Architect and Engineers error and omission claims; business and corporate transactional and litigation experience; Employment claims amongst many other areas of practice. While we certainly appreciate "A's" passion we respectfully disagree with A's statements as we have no recollection of any such case. Nonetheless we always appreciate any persons feedback. unfortunately with "A" choosing to be anonymous it is difficult to reply with any substantive statements. Nonetheless we wish "A" the best.

I have known Mr. Daniels for decades and he has represented me in several legal matters. He is a professional and conscientious attorney, as well as a trustworthy and kind friend, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Worst law firm ever, I had a concrete case, they took my money sat on the case for 7 years telling me I would be fine until the court dismissed the case, after they didn't do anything, the entire time I trusted that they were acting in my best interest. In two occasions the lawyer Daniels failed to show up to court, left me alone. Never have I meet someone so incompetent. I have spoken to other lawyers that have said this should have been a very easy case for them to win. So save your money and go somewhere else!nnLet me respond to the review below - i am not a former employee i am a client who hired this law firm to represent me, yes over seven years ago which they were open so whoever said they were open less time than that is a liar. The fact is they changed their name. And yes it is true, they didn't do anything they were supposed to do, they drained me of all my money and didn't represent me when they were telling me all along that my case my clear cut. It saddens me that i put all my efforts to pay them and in the end they ended up screwing me. To anyone who is going to come to this firm I urge you to go somewhere else. These people (unfortunately like many lawyers in this day in age) only care about being paid, they do not care that they fail to show up to court, or that you leave your entire life in their hands. There moto should be "oh well to bad" DO NOT USE THEM!!!! THEY ARE OUT FOR MONEY. IF I HAD THE MONEY I WOULD SUE THEM WITH A COMPETENT LAWYER AND I KNOW I WOULD WIN! AGAIN I AM NOT A FORMER EMPLOYEE BUT A CLIENT THAT SPENT SEVEN YEARS BEING "REPRESENTED BY THEM" WAITING FOR MY CASE TO BE FINALIZED AND IN THE END THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING, WHY? BECAUSE I HAD RUN OUT OF MONEY. IN A CASE THAT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN A YEAR, NOT SEVEN.
