Glenn Auletta, Mike Della and the wonderful team of attorneys and legal assistants are amazing. I’ve never seen so many work so hard for me. I had a terrible, terrible, horrendous experience with this law firm. Referred to this firm by a top Philadelphia women's advocate attorney working on high-profile cases. Mr. Della told me he would take my case and sent a retainer agreement that I signed and returned. Starting to work on my case, they asked for some information. I had a question and emailed and called more than once, but received no response from this office for over two weeks. thinking why would I want to be with a law firm that does not return calls, I called back and emailed the other law firm that had sent me a retainer previous to Mr. Della, but there was no response. My instincts were dead on. After two weeks of hearing nothing from Della's office, at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon I received a call from Jessica, a lawyer, telling me THERE WAS A CONFLICT OF INTEREST and they couldn't take my case. I asked, "Before you send a retainer agreement, shouldn't you run a conflict of interest check first?" There was no response. Shocked and having a meltdown I told Jessica this was going to have devastating consequences for me. She assured me I still had PLENTY OF TIME TO FIND ANOTHER LAWYER. Does one month to find a lawyer before you can no longer file a lawsuit sound like PLENTY OF TIME? I asked her to send me a letter specifically stating there was a "conflict of interest," and a copy of the "signed retainer agreement," and sent them an email showing I'd Googled the issue and it said that BEFORE SENDING ANYONE A RETAINER AGREEMENT THAT A CONFLICT OF INTEREST CHECK SHOULD ALWAYS BE DONE. After contacting them ad nauseam with no response for the past three weeks not receiving anything, I received a "vague" letter saying NOTHING ABOUT A CONFLICT OF INTEREST and no copy of the retainer agreement, even when told by Jessica when speaking with her she would send them. I immediately called their office and spoke with the receptionist, Frances, who I'd spoken to previously asking for the specific letter and retainer. She assured me she had enumerated to Jessica and Mr. Della what I had requested more than once. In fact, I had emailed them both with my request and heard nothing. They wasted my time taking the case without doing a conflict of interest check and then took over weeks dragging their feet to get back to me. For this particular type of case there is a very short window to file a lawsuit. Many of these firms I'm finding look to insurance companies for payment which disqualifies me. I can't eat, sleep or work. How convenient for them to have dragged their feet and wasted my precious time. There is no accountability here. I've suffered for decades and finally a miracle occurred and the law was changed with a very brief window to find a lawyer and file a lawsuit. This is the one chance I have to get justice and get on with my life. I'm a legal professional. So much for professional courtesy. Now my days are consumed with looking for a personal injury lawyer that talks the talk and walks the walk. I wish I had seen the lowest ratings with a person expressing a similar problem before I signed the retainer. It's the Jewish New Year. Maybe G-d will hear my prayers.

Frank Braunstein was assigned my accident case and always kept me informed, educated, and up to date on all of the highly complicated legal information.
