Provided evidence that two of us no longer lived there yet he filed in housing court! He was notified every step of the way that we were not going to be able to remove all our property by the deadline to avoid further court proceedings! When inquiries about the location of our property left behind he responded he was not aware of anything being left behind and asked for list, which was provided. But we received no response! TV’s bedroom sets, cable boxes internet modem, medication’s clothes, bureaus etc personal property unable to be removed
