Guajardo & Guajardo

I’m SUPPOSEDLY a client yet I believe I am being scammed. I have yet to meet, speak to or even lay eyes on this entity named “Lucie Guajardo”. I’ve spoken to approx 8-10 ppl claiming to be my “new” case worker over the past 4 months. I believe these ppl have figured out what I am only realizing now…that this entity is not even real and they, much like myself- will never see a red cent. My car is STILL not fixed 4 months after my car wreck even though State Farm has sent 2 checks to them to fix it. These checks HAVE been cashed, mind you. Total. Fraud. Plus, I’m completely and underlying financially screwed.

I just found out that the invoices from my doctors were never submitted to the insurance company for payment - my settlement did not include them - I am now out 8K and was just notified of this 2 1/2 years after my wreck.

The worst experience. I don't recommend this firm to anyone.

This firm is a fraud. From working for them to answering their services
