I called GSA at my wit’s end because the lawyer I hired to handle my mom’s guardianship is incompetent. Doris took the time to explain the services I should be getting and gave me phone numbers of several qualified attorneys that I could call for help. There are few public resources available to guardians of adult parents with Alzheimer’s. Doris really came through for me, and I am very grateful.
