I've encountered many attorneys who didn't know what they were doing and only acted as if they did. I'm proud to say that my family and I made the right choice in having Staci as our attorney. She knows exactly what she's doing whether it be a criminal case, mental health case, or family case. Any question or concern we had, she made it her mission that we understood every step. Not only is she great but she has great staff to back her up! I would totally recommend her without a doubt.

WORST ATTORNEY EVER!!! I hired Staci to be my family laywer. Worst decision of my life and I have an incompetent baby daddy (who has custody, thanks Staci). Her assistant was even worse. They were so unprofessional. Took FOREVER to get back to me. Barely answered my calls and texts. Staci was always unavailable. Only time I met her was the day of my mediation and she clearly did not want to be there, kept chatting away and constantly looking at her phone to help other clients AND take care of personal matters (daughter's piano lesson) and she was late and they even told me the wrong day, had to miss work because they told me the wrong day. Didn't even fight for me at all. Seriously the worst. If I can give her 0 stars i would. Stay away from her.

I thought she was great too. She had my case around 2012-2013. Until this day, what she did haunts me with me kids case. She let go of my case because I didn’t have more money to give her. But when I got another attorney, they told me she had not been doing anything, she also lost my recovery documents. I thought she was supposed to be on my side, but a lot of things she put on what I had signed were only gonna affect me with my kids. Beings she is a mother, she would have been on my side, besides that she was supposed to lookout for me. Now, all these little things that are on the decree that STACI BIGGAR did are affecting my time with my kids. Sometimes I think she probably got some money from the other side.

Worst attorney. Her assistant lied, continuously dropped the ball, then tried to cover it up. Staci was consistently unavailable- never would make time to meet with me. They took over a month to file my petition for divorce. Over inflated the bill when I fired her for never doing any work. Avoid at all costs.

I can say categorically that our case wouldn't have been settled so quickly, and in our favor, if not for Staci. Above and beyond the call of duty. Warm but also professional. Super-caring. Knowledgable of the law, but also has a great network that allows her to get things done. Don't know where we would be without her.
