Ivan Guerrero has been our family lawyer for at least the past five years. He was a referral source from a very respected firm in Nassau County. From the first day we had contacted him, he has been there supporting US every step of the way. Our estate was in foreclosure although we had a lawyer representing us at that time. Mr. Guerrero took over our case in early spring and told us not to worry. Sure enough, within less than two months, we had a loan modification. I kid you not, by Christmas that same here, a trustee had signed up on our permanent loan modification. As a woman who wants to feel security for her family, I felt that Mr. Guerrero had provided just that for my family. His entire office staff is professional and takes ALL my concerns and questions seriously. Mr Guerrero is always minutes away from answering a call or an email with a calm demeanor to ease our nerves whenever the bank send a threatening letter to take our "home, my children's home" away! Mr. Guerrero did such a WONDERFUL job with my first loan modification that we had transferred our second home's loan modification into his capable hands and professional staff with NO worries. He cares deeply about his clients. I have never met a lawyer with a heart until I met and dealt with Mr. Guerrero! He is the real deal folks!
