This place is slow as hell. They were unprepared and had a new forklift driver loading me up. He loaded me then had to unload me to weigh all the pallets. You have to park at the dock from a weird angle. Last they had to use a forklift to get my pallets from one side of the split warehouse to the other which took them at least 45 minutes just to do that.Terrible just terrible.

Quick and fast unloading

Delivered to this place yesterday. First let me say this it is a walmart across the street that allows truck parking. Ok now that that's out the way.....let's talk about docking....the got one dock for otr....when you pull in you have to drive around another building and get turned around and come back and Jack knife the trailer in the dock. It took me like 15 mins to get it totally straight and that was only after the guy who was gonna unload me told me when to line the dock door up to get totally straight and flush with the dock. Mind you what he said made no sense to me I tried it because I had tried everything else. I did what he said and it was perfect. It's a little tight back there. They unloaded me quick and all the employees I encountered were super nice but I stand behind the 3 stars because of the dock.
