Very bad experience with Mona Gupta. She promptly took the $250 consultation fee for 30 mts and was counting every minute after the first 15. And the advise she gave - it would have taken me 10 mts to read from USCIS website. I was repeatedly asking her for specific points, best practices how to go about but she just side stepped all those questions. ( and her knowledge of the latest immigration related news and possibilities and completely zero ) Pls do NOT go to this firm
When it comes to immigration Mona knows it All…she puts so much effort in our cases. She’s got so many years of experience her Assistant Claire always helps you whenever you reach out to her and quickly answers all my questions via email or calls . Mona and her team Rocks ???? I just want to thanks Mona and her team for helping me with my immigration case ????
10/10 for any and all immigration needs. She has helped many members of my family. Forever grateful.
Ms Mona Gupta is an amazing lawyer. If you have straight forward case and looking for ethical lawyer, she is the one.
Still to this day, after at least 20 years, I remember what Mona Gupta did for us and one of our employees. We first conferred with one of the BIG law firms in Dallas and were told that there was no way around our employee's getting a 'Bag and Baggage' letter, expelling her from the U.S. and triggering the 10-year ban. Luckily, we did not give up and were referred to Mona by an immigration attorney in California (far-flung reputation). To make a long story shorter, after our meetings with her and the steps that she undertook, she succeeded in satisfying immigration that serious department errors had led to the situation and our employee was allowed to remain, with her family, in the U.S. We are still grateful all these years later!!!
