If I could post a negative star, this place would get it. I tried to make a payment online, and the system wouldn't let me. Tried to do it through the automated phone system, it kept hanging up on me. So, I called customer service. I got the rudest person ever. When I tried to tell her about the problems I was having making a payment, she tells me she doesn't care, but she can take my payment over the phone. When I called her out for saying she doesn't care, she tried to come back and say she didn't say that. I don't know where this company gets their customer service reps, but they are the rudest people ever. Reading through the reviews on this company, I can see I'm not the only one who has dealt with rude reps from this company. This company needs to be shut down.

I keep getting “served” papers for some random individual despite me letting the “server” know. He told me to talk to this company. I called to let them know & whoever was on the other end woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I understand they deal with angry people all the time but NOTHING excuses the treatment I got. Get better representatives. You provided me with someone’s private paperwork just because my address “matches” AND I am being harassed in my own home. I asked if this was going to stop the papers and servers from coming and he vaguely & rudely said it will stop “this” paper from coming. Very unprofessional company.

I though I was the only one scammed by this place until I saw the 1star rating and the reviews. This company is terribly shady.. To garnish you they will not send you any letter or call you and they will lie and say they served papers that were "sent to you" but they never actually contacted you or sent them you so they can take your money easier and its hard to prove in court so theu know most of us wont. Yet they are legally supposed to serve you papers and If they did I would have set up a payment arrangment but to just randomly start garnishing me with no notice not letter for a 6year old debt (probably because it was about to be 7years)They take the max 25% because they dont care about people. They never once gave me a chance to pay then back in smaller payments. This kind of stuff his is evil to do to other people without even giving them the slightest chance to make it right. I pray to God this company will one day stop ruining lives and someone will report the legality of their actions and WIN!! SOMEONE PLEASE FIGHT HARD AND FILE THE MOTONS AGAINST THIS COMPANY TO PROVE YOUR TRUTH AND HONESTLY. In the end good always wins. SOMEONE PLEASE WIN AND TO TAKE DOWN THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY.

I attempted to get a settled in full letter from this company and they are extremely understaffed. Their representatives are not helpful and require you to do a lot of extra work to get what you need. I emailed them on 3/8 and never heard back from them. I called in today on 3/28 and they see my email but did not have time to respond or take care of what I needed. This law firm provides far below average customer service and are also very cold to you when you speak with them. I would stay away from a company like this.

They served my wife papers for me, which (with anxiety and worry) going through the lawsuit and getting to the final pages I see it's actually not me, they should hire a better company that will do research before serving lawsuits to the wrong person. I tried to contact the correct person (my dad, I'm a Jr.) who is homeless (so why any company would give him a few thousand dollar loan is beyond me, total epic fail) Anyways, dad usually shows up around Thanksgiving to Christmas every year, he'll find out then. I forgot about this ordeal until now when I got a letter from the 15th saying "I" (or my dad) have 10 days to reply (it's now the 26th) we check our mail every couple weeks (I guess we failed there, seems to be failures all over this situation starting at the very beginning), soooooo law firm, what is the correct action I should take at this point? Serious question P.s. the 1 star is because of the firm that served my wife the papers
