How and why would you rate a collection agency 5 stars? I worked with Liz and she was extremely helpful. She was kind and resourceful. People have to understand when you treat people kind you will get it in return. I may be the only person to ever give a debt collector a 5 star but I think Liz earned it! Thanks Again

The only good thing I can say about this business is that they are lucky to have Liz. She made my dealings with them tolerable. She was always there to answer any questions and walked me through every step to get my debt paid.

I’ve been dealing with them for years…I’m hoping 2023 will be my last! Watch out — keep record of your payments—they will happily take more than you owe. For example, I owe 3200 in student loans (it was a six-figure debt), but they have it in their system as over 13000. Luckily I have every payment accounted for or they would have tried to get me for the 13000. Why not just update my profile so it reflects what I owe? No good answer! So for safety, keep track for yourself! I have a running list of all 83 payments since July 2016.

These people need to learn customer service phone etiquette. VERY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL. I was calling to get a balance so i can pay it off. They were unable to do that or provide any suggestions. They get 5 plus negative stars from me. Karma is a mother. Be careful how you treat people. It won't let me off this page unless I give a star which they don't deserve.
