Paying a debt is never easy. They worked with me on what I could afford even when it took me 3 years to pay it off. They were lenient when I couldn’t pay on time. I am happy to say I made my last payment today.

We agreed on a settlement payment and I have been paying it to the agreement but they lied and continue to sue me bringing it to court. I called them about it and two representatives told me not to worry about it because it shouldn’t affect me Since I been paying it on time. Trying to get a hold of them but their phone numbers are now disconnected and no sign of getting a hold of them.

Horrible representatives, they dont want to work with cusomera to resolve issues. Phone reps have no idea what they are saying, and give out wrong information.

Called to pay a debt. Listened to an automated message telling me they are trying to collect my debt. Talked to a representative who also told me everything about the call was to collect a debt. Call ended and I didn't even get assistance trying to pay them a debt. So they were unable to successfully complete the one task they are trying to complete. The situation is that I moved and needed to update my info. They told me to use the website. The website requires a payment to be processed to update info. My payments are automatic so I didn't want to make a new one to mess up any auto pay schedule. This also feels a little predatory and potentially an FDCPA violation if they are requiring a payment in order to update payment info needed to process payments that resulted from court agreed judgments. Looking into that now but definitely feel like a vulnerable consumer. This company had bogus 5 start reviews. The rating should be lower. I'm still just trying to change payment info to pay a debt. Unsuccessful. 3 calls already. This company also has an F with the BBB and recently changed their name. They have not responded to complaints filed. I will also be filing a complaint. Don't let the new name rating on BBB fool you.

This law firm is not very competent. I just got a packet in the mail from them with someone else's case included in it!!! Extremely unprofessional and isnt there a confidentiality law of some sort?!
