If Gurstel manages to sue you, the lawsuit is the first thing that comes up when you google your name. You are bad people, and should feel bad about yourselves. You bully people who are most likely struggling in poverty to give money they don't have. When they don't pay, you file lawsuits and go so far as to freeze their bank accounts (even if there's only $300 in there? you don't care if they can't afford to eat, as long as you're getting money that doesn't belong to you in the first place 'back'!) So very happy I had the chance to file bankruptcy, even if it meant it was nearly an even loss, because that means you never saw a penny of that money. ?

Due to health condition I couldn’t make payments of my debt . I’ve been paying my debt to another javitch law firm since I haven’t been able to pay my debt they sent all my information to another law firm. This morning i called them so i can start making payments online but that guy answered the calls he told me I have to pay full balance and i wanted to pay monthly he said i have to show the proof statements of my income then he will provide me online access. I couldn’t do pay full balance cause I’m working part time. I have a lot of bills to pay. He’s so rude and Unpolite. honestly I don’t know how did he get a job in customer service when you don’t know how to respect and polite to customers. ????

During Covid and loss of income my Capital One card was the last CC to go to collections bc I liked the card. But it was the first company to try and sue me!

Important!! If you get any kind of county assistance, you can (and absolutely should!) fight back against gurstel! If they come for your money, send proof of county assistance to them, and they cannot garnish you. Technically, (just talked to county worker, who has experience in collections!) If you tell gurstel you have county assistance, its on gurstel to verify it with the county! Gurstel does NOT play fair folks! Scum of the Earth, bottom feeding crooks! They have never sent papers to my current address, pretending to be a step behind me, when really they were always a step ahead. They got 2 judgments passed on me, and I have no clue who they served papers to, cuz I never saw them!?! Someone at an old address I guess, which i thought you have to serve papers directly to the person? Sounds kinda illegal, according especially to that county worker i talked to today! Leeching my bank account to $0.00, 2 weeks before Christmas!? God Bless am I right?

How and why would you rate a collection agency 5 stars? I worked with Liz and she was extremely helpful. She was kind and resourceful. People have to understand when you treat people kind you will get it in return. I may be the only person to ever give a debt collector a 5 star but I think Liz earned it! Thanks Again
