Santana's office has been very very helpful since day one. Needed an attorney for my case and my friend's mom recommended Santana so I went to the office on North Ave. and talked about my case. They immediately gave a me a letter to let the prosecutors know that I was lawyered up and if they needed anything, they needed to talk to my lawyer not me. Santana took care of everything and was always helpful and everything was explained in a way I could understand. In the year I was in court and zoom back and forth, I probably met Santana and associates like 20 times in court, at the office, and/or thru zoom. I am very pleased to say that the outcome of my situation was in my favor and if it wasn't for Santana's Law and Office, I don't know where I'd be. I'd like to say thank you Santana for everything you've done and wish you the best.

I will state facts if you do what they say and don't make any more mistakes they are great people to work with it may seem like nothings happening but they are always working on your case. I was facing 5 years in total for 2 sepereate cases one in bridge view one in Skokie. As well as a revocation of my CDL. In the end I got 2 years concurrent probation and supervision on my dui. 3 felony cases and one misdemeanor dui. They literally save my life. Every one has there opinion. But these are facts.

I worked with the Santana law office on my divorce and they were simply amazing. The staff was very professional and well versed with my case. They answered every call and every email in a timely fashion. The price was reasonable. Divorce is such a difficult matter and having the right attorney makes a big difference. HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK** I was referred to Santana Law Office by a friend, when I read the horrible reviews my friend told me to not believe the bad reviews because maybe it was only a troll, I decided to listen to my friend instead to my gut, horrible mistake in my life. I'll make my story short: I don't like to use the word "never", but I was actualy Never shown any empathy for my case of custody before hiring, during the horrible process and after I fired the attorney for my case. The retainer was never explained to me or offered to be explained to me, legal forms were sent to me to fill out on my own, and were also never explained to me or offered to get assistance to fill them out at all, I had to ask Chicago's Free Legal Aid to assist me to fill them out, and still this office was pressuring me to turn them in asap or they would withdraw from my case, my requests were not submitted to the courts and it seemed they were on the respondents side. No payment plan was ever offered to me and I was never invited to the office to meet in person, everything happened through the phone, on every single email sent from this office I got threats from them to withdraw if I didn't complied with requests ASAP, I felt like walking on eggshells while with this office since I was told on every email they would withdraw for any single reason, until I couldn't take it no more and I had to fire my attorney Larry Andolino, he has a very condescending attitude. If you want to be treated only as a case number, this is the right place. Bad reviews are here FOR A REASON Hire an attorney who will actually work with you and show some empathy for your situation.
