This is a very professional and well-organized Law Firm. Heath and Mike are really great attorneys and both have a wealth of knowledge and great experience in the realm of Estate Planning and Probate Law. John (business manager) is also great and extremely easy to work with. If you are in need of solid representation, I would highly recommend them.

Mike is a gifted professional. He watches fees closely and never takes advantage of clients. He is passionate. brilliant and knows the law inside and out. His partner, Dave is also amazing. Our case has not settled yet and we are probably going to trial but they are very supportive both financially and emotionally. How do I truly describe my experience with Hackard law? That was the question I asked myself when deciding to write this review. The first year after both my parents died, and I became their trustee, I attempted to navigate the emotionally charged and complex world of probate law by myself. Never having attempted this before, I really had no idea how complicated the process was and my family dynamics was problematic from the very beginning. And to add to the complexity of my situation, I had to deal with multi state issues (I lived in one state and my parents lived/died in another state). Eventually, it became obvious I had too many unanswered legal questions that I was unable to answer myself. That is where Mike Hackard and Sarah Cullen came into my life. Over this past year, I have received the legal guidance I needed to help me successfully execute my trustee duties. Mike’s sense of human dignity is unfounded. His passionate regard for the effect “wrong doers” have on the elderly, both emotionally and financially, is remarkable. Sarah has an incredible gift of “calming the waters” and she always made herself available to me for any legal questions or concerns I might have, seven days a week; both day and night.
