My car was confiscated by the police in lieu of my son being much too trusting with someone whom he called a friend. The friend asked my son to pick him up from his girlfriend’s home because they had an altercation. As they were leaving they were pulled over by the police and the friend had placed what appeared to be a bag of clothes and a backpack in the trunk. The police searched the the car and found nothing, however, during the search the friend fled the scene. My son was arrested and during a more through search after the friend ran they found narcotics in the backpack; once the friend was found he had the key to the lock on the backpack on his person. End result is the police tried to keep my car BUT I was able to get my car back THANKS TO HADDAD LAW FIRM. That car has a great deal of sentimental value for me because it represents one of the last of my mother’s things (my mother transitioned now two years ago).
