I was involved in an auto accident in May of 2019. I originally had an attorney from a large law firm. After almost a year nothing was done. The only reason I received physical therapy was because I went to my amazing chiropractor and they sent me to get an MRI. At one point the law firm switched my attorney and I couldn't even tell you the name of the new person assigned to my case.
