I am not a Virginia resident. So, when I was injured by a car, I was unsure of which law firm to engage with to handle my case. After an internet search, I decided to go with Shapiro, Washburn and Sharp, based on their reviews. That was a good decision. Throughout the process, both attorneys Rick Shapiro and Andrew Stover communicated clearly and settled the case to my satisfaction. My experience with Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp, began nearly 2 years ago. From the first interaction Shar, and Ms. Conway, never skipped a beat.We never sat down in person, but I always felt as if I knew them personally! They both took great care of myself and my son, and they were genuinely concerned for our well being. Ms. Conway conducted regular updates, and phone calls, to keep me abreast of the progress, or to ask for anything she needed on my end. When things became a bit more serious, Kevin Sharp, didn't hesitate to pick up the phone and call himself. His tone was professional, warm, but still stern and business oriented. Together, they worked to accomplish the fair results that we deserved. I hope I am never on this situation again, but if I am, I'll be returning to Mr. Sharp. Their efficiency, attentional to detail, persistence, professionalism, and care are next to none.

Mr.Washburn and Heather are amazing. Mr.Washburn is insightful and honest. He was able to keep me informed and give advice while still prioritizing my wants and needs. Heather is sharp and swift, I never felt like I couldn't reach out to either of them whenever I had questions, needed updates, anything. They made this process seamless and I'd definitely return for my legal needs.

Nasty and Very Rude! And a Liar !! I am literally going through a crisis after my accident and looking for Help, I just explained my Whole situation to a Paralegal, and gave this woman All my information, just for her to ask me my name again and info I just literally gave her! she pretty much did not even listen to Anything that I said to her! Did Not in fact take my information and then when I asked her why am I having to repeat the same Basic info I literally just gave you she stated that she didn’t ask me what my name, number and email address! But that was a Lie! I sat on the phone talking to her for about 10 minutes and the information I gave is the First thing that you take down, name! Number just in case phone calls drop and email… I Already feel Defeated and Hurt, and now I am seeking Help just to not even be Heard and lied too! Smh Never have I ever been through Anything like this! But I wouldn’t want someone like this representing me! Everything happens for a Reason! First impressions are the most important impression! And that paralegal was nonchalant and obviously not interested! She did not even take down my name and info the first time she asked me! And was Very Rude and nasty, when I spoke up on her lacking the important information and empathy and I would Never Forget this Experience I am appalled.

Mr. Sharp and Ms Conoway were a blessing through the process of getting compensation for my injury. I am floored by the amount that I was given. My injuries were severe and excruciatingly painful, but I have recovered and am grateful to Kevin and Beth for all of their support. Thank you.
