One of the attorneys in this group, Peter Manion, handled a mefical malpractice lawsuit against a Kaiser doctor That overlooked protocol. There is no option for any decision making when it comes to protocol. Protocol is put in place for a specific reason and there's no interpretation or variation or personal decisions or opinions to be made when it comes to protocol. Protocol is not to be ignored or overlooked at any time. This doctor had a God complex and made a decision he had no right to make and violated protocol, which led to lethal, catastrophic results. There are only a couple of law firms that advertise they would go up against Kaiser. I contacted one of them and still they refused to take the case. Then I remembered Al Ellis's office. He represented me some years ago so I contacted his office to find out if they handled medical malpractice. That's when I spoke to Peter Manion. He told me he had no problem going up against Kaiser, so he took the case. He did a great job and won the case. He was the very first person I had spoken to that actually understood the problem. The very first question he asked me was exactly the point. A friend of mine has one of the other attorneys as his representative for other things and he also speaks highly of them. If at any time there's a legal issue, They are the first law firm I will contact to see if they represent cases of that type. If not I asked for any information as too any other attorneys they are aware of that might handle something they don't. As long as this firm is in practice, They will always be my first choice for legal representation

I think you guys would benefit from having someone less condescending and overall confidently rude taking your phone calls. I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a more unprofessional person speaking with me over the phone.

I have had such a positive experience with this law firm. They have such an amazing staff and team, and my experience working with Al Ellis has been awesome. He offers sound legal advice, he’s direct, and his level of expertise has brought me so much relief and peace of mind. He has made a really hard situation easier and I’m grateful he took me on as a client. If you are lucky enough to get him, you are in excellent hands.

Had to unfortunately go through a divorce but was lucky enough to have found Albert Ellis to represent me in my case. He did an excellent job of understanding my concerns and helping me achieve the best outcome for my daughter and me. Great attorney and would highly recommend to anyone.

OUTSTANDING GROUP- I became a client by chance with no reference or recommendation. From the beginning, I was comfortable with Al. He is not ego driven. He informed me of my rights, not trying to talk me into anything. He was calm, not self serving. He does his best to serve his clients with strength, fairness, no nonsense. He honored my wishes, with experience and knowledge to successfully bring my case to the desired outcome. My daughter had a case against a Dr. He clearly had a "God complex" She attempted to appear okay. With medical training, I had no doubt of a traumatic event. Even if she was okay, under no circumstances is protocol to be ignored or a judgement call. Protocol is unarguably in place to prevent and protect against harm or injury, esp where there IS a test with a high percentage of accuracy showing if any danger is present. The results determine steps/options are necessary OR NOT. He had no intention of ordering the test until she panicked. He reluctantly told her about the test. We don't know if it was real, but he picked up the phone, then told her no one was there, so he was going to do what he decided, and ignored protocol. Many times a victim does not want to pursue so not to relive the trauma. Those with a God complex believe they know better. They count on their victims to choose to avoid pursuit, knowing their attorney will attack with same lack of morals, conscience, or concern for anyone but themselves, motivated by money, with the same ugliness as the person they represent, who clearly doesn't care about the Hippocratic oath they take to "do no harm". The victims also fear ending up worse off than before. It took a lot to convince my daughter to pursue. I made a lot of calls, quickly finding how many attorneys are afraid, including those advertising they weren't afraid of the"monster", still refused the case. I don't give up easily when it comes to innocent people being harmed, esp. babies, and with willful negligence. I remembered my own case with Al Ellis. I was referred to Peter Manion for medical malpractice. I told him about the case. His first response was, "Why didn't they do the test?" Finally, someone got it. He got us in immediately.. He said he was a bulldog, not intimidated by the medical monster. He listened to my daughter intently, taking notes and asked questions. At the same time, I was hearing things that made no sense medically. With passion and compassion, he told her this was much too important to charge the normal fee for records and prep. I called my Dr for answers, but he wasn't there. I told the receptionist why I called. Another Dr kindly called me, expressing he did not know us. I asked simply, giving a specific set of conditions, what course if action would take. He answered, adding that protocol diagnostic tests NEVER to be ignored, ALWAYS done to avoid any harm or injury. I let Peter know. I went online. 3 articles down seemed unrelated but kept coming up. I read finding it absolutely related, describing to the letter what the Dr dismissed my daughter. He knew better. In his "specialty", it was basic info easy for ANYONE to get. Peter gladly accepted the info. Protocol and the article were solid proof. Still the monster used every delay taking 2 years. She almost gave up. Peter Manion IS a bulldog. The monster saw he had no fear to file charges for false delays.THEY relented. We won,(can't reveal $) it's an insult.THE MAX FOR A LIFE IS ONLY $250,000 if not a civil suit. What she went through after was horrendous. I feared I would lose her. Even their staff cried. The end result is that the Dr killed my unborn grandbaby. She did have a child, but she has not been the same. I too grieve for that baby that was poisoned by a Dr with God complex, willfully harming/killing an innocent unborn child. Many times I say a little prayer thanking that baby for her sacrifice that gave me my only grandbaby. STAND UP FOR YOURSELF. I NEVER WANT ANOTHER WOMAN TO GO THROUGH THIS. REACH OUT TO PETER MANION. HE WOULDN'T BE THERE IF HE DIDNT CARE. ????
