I guess I can start off with this. When I first got into my new room my window shades were broken and there was potato chips in one of the drawers. My room needed a thorough cleaning. Kitchen is never clean, no one washes their dishes or cleans up after themselves. Needed a new microwave in room within the first month of being here. Bathrooms are shared between rooms and you often get locked out. If you call landlord about being locked out of bathroom he gives you an attitude and acts like he doesn't have time for your problems. Landlord goes into rooms when people aren't there and adjusts the air conditioner settings and shuts off lights. Mice in the outdoor grill, and grilling utensils never clean. Even if you wanted to use outdoor cooking equipment you probably couldn't from all of the loud intoxicated contractors yelling outside your window every night that take up all of the space every so many months. Refrigerator in room would either freeze goods or not keep them cold enough. Food goes missing in downstairs freezers. Hallways frequently have foul odors, and the walls are paper thin. Wifi is absolutely horrible. Netflix is blocked. Regular visitors are not allowed to stay over night. All students from a nearby college program are banned from property unless they live there. I recommend you stay far away from this place, check out Mohawk gardens or the apartment building right next door. Nobody seems to have any problems over there.

I stayed here over a year ago, I was fine at first until some of the people broke into my room and stole some of my items, I reported them to Jeff who blamed me for my items being stolen by letting them in my room, (I did NOT allow them in, they broke in.) I was not pleased at all with people steeling from the kitchen either, which is a disgusting mess. Dishes are greasy and not clean, the little hot plates he expects us to cook on never worked. The grill provided was also a disaster and never has gas in it. He DOES NOT follow his own contract. You where allowed a significant other there 2 or 3 nights every 3 weeks. My boyfriend who is sadly currently staying here is not allowed to have me over because Jeff doesn't obey by his own contract. I HAVE NOT ONCE been an issue for him, it was other troubled kids that gave him issues, so why punish others? He is a terrible miserable human being who has no respect for other peoples privacy. He freely goes into your room without permission and I have seen items go missing not only from my room but others. He is also charging an ungodly amount for a TINY bedroom with a SHARED bathroom, a nasty kitchen you cant even cook in let alone have enough room to cook anything when there is more than 2 people at a time in the tiny so called kitchen, the laundry room is a mess, you will find your laundry on the floor or thrown on a table... yes you get heat, AC and water... but is that all worth the price of his over expensive, underdated, tiny little rooms? You cant have pets what so ever, you cant have friends or family over at all, and you get to see your loved one pretty much 3times a month... IF you are even allowed that.. This place is a waste of money and your time.. I will NOT be recommending this to anyone. You want a good place to stay? Go look at springbrook or rometowers or even Griffiths park behind this place. BUT stay away from this hell hole.

Did a one year contract lease while in the MVCC A&P program overall a nice place good kitchen plenty of appliances has small faults older windows very petty stuff but overall good stay!
