Well my experience so far has been more then excellent ???????????????????????????????? I have an ongoing case right now and it been a year and I tell you along this journey it has been very supportive, and excellent communication both ways I have no complaints. Since I started this case with them I have had the privilege to talk to Jasmin she has been more then excellent she is very professional, reliable , and on point with my case , always calls to check up on me and makes sure my appointments are on time and on point ???? as far as my attorneys they as well are more then excellent 100 ???? they are always communicating with me and making sure all is going well with my appointments , I love the fact that I can talk to them about any concerns that I may have at any time , no hold time and no telling me they’ll call you back , non of that happens to me , they actually right away speak to me and I love that excellent customer service from all and professionalism all the way like I keep saying they are all more then excellent I say! If I could give a zero stars I would, the only person who was customer friendly was the receptionist Helen and she is no longer there. This office was truly the most unprofessional office and along with poor customer service. I truly had no interest in a law suit after my car accident, but Mr. Hallock insist I sue. After 7 months with limit contact I was told they couldn't take my case after me going though the physical therapy process and completed it. I realized that was the scam the lawyers and physical therapy office work together by referring each others business. I would never recommend the law office, they are very dishonest. I can't tell you who you can get to represent you, just be safe and smart and avoid being scammed.
