BEWARE! a waste of time and money. I purchased an Allstate auto policy Set 2016 at a quoted rate. I was told I needed more documentation to qualify for this rate. I spent time and effort providing rmany requested documents--but it was not accepted. By the way, I have a perfect driving record, at 60 yrs old never an accident.After 2 weeks I was told the rate would be raised. I immediately cancelled and went elsewhere. 2 weeks later I received a refund. Another month passed and I got a bill for $50, and called--Allstate is insisting I owe $50 for the rate increase!! I refuse to pay--I never agreed to the higher rate and was given a refund. Yet they insist that it is proper to charge me $50 almost 2 months after I cancelled. I have never wasted so much time and energy on something this ridiculous. DONE--want to warn others!!!
