When I tell you this firm is the WORST IS THE WORST! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MY WORSE ENEMY TO THIS INCOMPETENT FIRM! Julie or Julia, and Mandy have the worse attitude, not responsive, no basic customer service skills, just ridiculous ! My brother is locked up falsely and over a week, my family have been trying to get in contact with his lawyer Mandy and no response after multiple voicemails and calls, only her unresponsive colleague Julie answers and only says “I’ll pass the message” and never does! Thank god Mandy is free because I could not imagine paying either one of these two people a penny! We will be reaching out to the bar association in regards to both of them!

I would not recommend calling to ask for consultation. Sands is extremely rude and condescending in her communication. J. Hamilton may be known in the courts but she is extremely short with her communication and super detached. I could go on and on but I will keep this short. Hard pass on this business and it’s associates although I can’t speak on the other two partners. 2/4 is enough to say no though especially when there are so many other firms that would be more than willing to inform you and walk you through the legal processes for the state and give you the peace of mind you deserve. I went elsewhere. Ps make sure you look at review contributions when you are verifying reviews on a business, a lot of these folks have fake one time reviewers ????
