Our businesses are a CPA firm and Retirement Planning firm. We have been using Hammerle Finley Law Firm for a variety of situations and are extremely happy with their work and their service. In an industry that often lacks a good reputation for cost efficiency, they have truly cared about doing only what is needed, making it very cost efficient for some of our clients that did not need as many documents for Estate Planning as others did. We are very pleased with their attention to detail and turnaround time as well.
I probated a will through this firm. They overcharged and were not helpful. They do not return calls. It is amazing to me that you can return a message on this platform and yet no one returned my calls regarding questions about transfering the title on my Mom's house. You can spin it like I was confused but I called and emailed your office for months without a return call or email. I was always told the paralegal was working on it. I guess you got your flat fee and you were good. I would not recommend foing business here.
I can highly recommend Hammerle Finley for legal advice and counsel. My wife and I have turned to Virginia Hammerle for any legal advice and matters such as drawing up our wills and various other end-of-life documents. She has a deep knowledge of estate law and asked the right questions to get a complete understanding of our situation and what we were wanting. I also recently consulted with Virginia on a recent negative workplace situation I was experiencing and she gave me some excellent advice on what my options were and how to approach the situation with my employer.
Virginia Hammerle is one of the best lawyers that I have dealt with. She helps in every way she can and so friendly and very knowledgeable in every aspect of what a client needs.
