I unfortunately cannot recommend this practice. We worked with Rick Shinners, who is very knowledgeable- however his support staff is less than helpful. If you are looking for timely responses and for availability to communicate with your attorney I would look elsewhere. Our realtor ended up being better at pushing the process along than Rick.
Ann was a great person to deal with on my injury . She was very honest and upfront which is hard to find these days .She has a great personality and keeps you updated on issues .I would recommend her to anyone that needs help with an injury .
