Do not give this firm/man your money. He took money from many many clients (it appears from reviews) and me without doing the work promised. He is currently not eligible to practice law in Texas - I believe the state bar of Texas is working to fully disbar him completely too. He was barred from practicing before the United States Tax Court as well in 2015 (google that). Lastly, as mentioned below he is currently under indictment for possession of child pornography.
He screwed us all over. Your money probably went up his nose. He was disbarred by the Texas Bar Association. Also he was arrested on child pornography charges: Charles Everette Hammond was arrested on 14 Nov, 2017 in Fort Bend County (Texas). Charles Everette Hammond is currently 47 years old. Terrible. Have been on my case for well over a year. Have had 4 different case workers and process starts over again after every change. Will not return your calls or e-mails. Do not waste your time.
Mr. HAMMOND & company truly care about their clients. His knowledge of Tax Law and dealing with the IRS is impressive. He personally oversees all matters pertaining to OVDI and OVDP.
Do not use! Took 10 months to work up a payment plan with the IRS. I did most of the work, twice! Abruptly stopped answering phones. Office closed and phone lines disconnected.
