I reached out to the office and was told by presumably the front-desk that Attorney Han takes all immigration cases except asylum but I wanted to find out if they would take my specific case for PNIW. The front-desk flat our refused to just ask the Attorney if they take PNIW cases and told me to pay and book an appointment to just find out if they do, like how does it make sense? I didn't ask if they could give me immigration advice without booking a consultation, I just needed to know if I should book an appointment in the first place. What good is the front-desk if they straight up refuse to do their job of just finding out and getting back. She told me she "won't go back and forth", like WTH. Losing a potential client because of lazy front-desk/assistant.
