Hancock & Sears

Clothes not folded neatly on tables. Not busy at all. The bathrooms were super clean though.

Took a friend to buy a clothes washer for her small non-profit. The salesman knew his appliances but it too quite a while to get the purchase set up as tax exempt. Washer arrived right on time. Installers were professional and freindly. She is very happy with her new appliances.

Shopping here is always pretty relaxing, they have lots of options and styles and I generally try to shop here at least once every 3 months to see what's new. The prices are very reasonable, and the selection is pretty extensive for most departments. The biggest item I bought here was a window-A/C unit for $220, and 6 months later it's still working just great!

After finally finding an employee I asked him if he spoke Spanish so he can communicate with my father, he replied only when it’s convenient for him. I explain the reason why we were I expected for him to let my father know if they had the battery we were looking for but NO I guess it was not convenient for him only went on to say it was better to buy a new one and what they had on special. I told him that was ok, then he tells the customer he is checking out why we are there. What a POS of customer service, glad to hear you are closing

This is really sad that Sears will offer you a service that they cant perform just to make a sell to impress the little boss..I'm sick of there people selling products to make money for a company they don't own and causes people to have to lose so much time in finding out that those mechanic are incompetent to preform nothing but oil changes. Beware the smooth talking....
