Horrible wish I could rate a negative number! They are dictators and do not work with their clients to meet their needs. They only threaten to cancel you if they don't like something I highly recommend avoiding this company at all cost. I've given them $7000 a year for them just to turn their backs on me after years of being a client with no claims, customer service won't even let you speak to the person making decisions They play middleman between you and a ruler that will not accept anything,

I called and left a message. Emailed the person who set up my insurance to ask why my home loan and car loan went up so high. No one called me back. Now my car insurance is more than doubled since last year and what they quoted me. No one will help you. How is car insurance almost $6,000 for the year? When I had no accidents, claims or tickets?

I have no accidents, drive a sensible car and somehow my auto insurance sky rocketed by 350%. My house insurance was doubled too. I called, they said since rates were increasing across the board they weren't comparing prices for anyone anymore. I have no idea why you would use a broker if they aren't watching for better prices. I called around and got better coverage, cheaper, direct from another company.

Hanover is one of the Bigger Scam Insurance companies. They have a Huge Umbrella of companies, including several versions of Citizens Unsurance. They will promise you the world, charge you up the ass, and then Deny any claim you have. I would look somewhere else for coverage.

Looking for new car insurance I currently have Citizens/Hanover….ive been with them since I was 16….. I pay over 300$ for ONE vehicle with 2 no fault accidents on it. They keep raising it. They will raise it even more with rental/towing fees also… and refuse to let me switch company’s till I pay their other policy off.. and keep saying there’s nothing I can do. Gave the wrong information for a claim and I called several times…. Takes over a month for my claim… and now I’m renting a car for a few hundred dollars…they have no problem taking your money all for full coverage….
