This is to add to my previous review which I was unable so far to delete. The reason this law firm could not get to me that week was due to the terrible ice storm in Texas which shut off all the electricity in their office and in their homes. I understand this and I do not wish to judge them harshly for a catastrophic weather event. Until I am able to recover the deleted Google account associated with my one star review let this review hopefully dilute that one and I wish no harm to the firm. In addition the lawyer I was trying to engage is no longer there & actually left the firm at the same time. I will continue to attempt to recover the deleted account and remove the one star review.

David Wortham lead the way regarding my business case and did a wonderful job keeping us advised as to the pros and cons of each step taken. That combined with Hastings Hanshaw's effort we were able to settle our case in a positive manner and put this behind. Great communication and they did an outstanding job for us.

I actively tried to pay them and sign an engagement letter after consulting with one of their attorneys. It was an urgent matter. They just stopped responding; said their internet was down, but they did not call either. Very disappointed.

I was recently involved in a contractual dispute where I was owed a significant amount of money.
