Arrogant and patronizing and fake-chummy and strikingly poor at communication, given, you know, that they purport to offer mediation services. When questioned afterward about a material matter of dispute, according to our lawyer, he gave the everyone-thinks-they've-invented-this-clever-way-out response to the effect of 'I don't recall'. You won't believe the billing rate and you really won't believe what you don't get for it. What I can guarantee you will get is the performance of someone who *thinks* they are good at mediation. Bravo.
