There to make you fell welcome and great customer service when you get the will but if you need her for probate... Well My experience was less than satisfactory. I don't know about you but I do not know anything about the probate process and well if you need to ask Brandy Cassady for help she will let you down. I tried to get her on the phone numerous time and she never called and left me to fend for my self in all areas of the case. Now at the time when I needed her help rather than taking time to call me she would rather withdrawal from the case and let you fend for yourself. Don't use this law firm unless you don't ask question, don't ask for help and don't ever have an issue with anything in the case or she will drop you like it's hot!!!
