Waste of time! I Do not recommend this place whatsoever. Stay away from this company This company will have you sit down for 3 hours of nonsense testing. They have you go through 3 different tests that have nothing to do with the job description itself. Also to top it off it has a 200 personality questionnaire test. They tell you it's not important doesn't count. Then why even waste hour of my time taking this test??? Over the phone when they call you for a interview they state this is a very professional business setting. When I got there everyone was wearing torn jeans and T-shirt's. I don't understand where the professional part of dressing is at there. So after being done with the Tests part for about 3 hours now. I'm told they were understaffed and I had to wait to get interviewed for another 20 minutes. Horrible! More waiting! Then I got interviewed and the guy that interviewed me was not even paying attention to what i was saying but more into looking at he's watch. Very unprofessional and now I got email stating I didn't qualify for the position. No explanation as to why I didn't qualify. There's a main lady who goes by the name of Avelina. She is the recruiter who will call you just so she can waste your time. They will tell you they pay 12.50 a hour that is not true either.
Great place to work. The company really cares about their employees and encourages success.
A great company to be a part of. One of the best training programs I have experienced. Everyone is very professional and nice.
I don't recommend this place, unless you are completely out of options. Company lies to their employees, and will say just about anything to get you through the door. They will bait and switch you. In the interview, I was informed that the training would last 6-8 weeks, when I went for orientation I was told that the training would only be for four weeks, and that my pay would be lower than what I was told in the interview ($12.50). I worked in the welcome call, where you cold-called customers regarding the benefits of the cards that they had recently received. Which was redundant, since the customers are already aware of the benefits. They also lied about what the metrics and protocol would be once you are out on the floor in training. The stats on the floor are significantly higher, and impossible to meet. Support from supervisors are non-existent, and they are hardly ever at their desk. They do not allow you to have books, pens/pencils out on the floor, except for one department that can read books. They do not allow you to have red beverages out on the floor, for fear of ruining and staining their carpet (their words), which doesn't look like it's been cleaned or replaced in ages. You cannot have your personal belongings with you, such as your purse, backpack, cell phone, plastic bags, or even a container of Clorox wipes (only the supervisors can have wipes and a cell phone). Everything must remain in a locker. They do not care about the well-being of their employees. During January 16th, when most of businesses in the city had shut down due to the inclement weather due to snow and ice, they decided to stay open only later close at 3PM because of it. I only got paid an hour for when they had to shut down, not for the day, for calling in. They will also do anything to get out of paying you overtime, which they mentioned during orientation.nFavoritism and cliques are also rampant, and if they don't like you, they will do anything to get you out. Supervisors are hardly around, and when they are it usually involves disciplinary action against someone.nDo not work or apply at this cesspool. Same thing with Ibex global, Carenet, Alorica, Conduit global, Superior Health, and CVS Caremark-- they're all trash!n I am also fighting with them over my final paycheck which I have yet to receive.
the professionalism in this company among-st peers is very poor. The people immaturity and lack of respect is very poor. employee's report each other on very vag and lack of hearing the problem from both sides and take the opinion from the more experience and long tern employee versus a new hire. also to the team manager don't help or try to assist in what problems you may have with the security and daily operations protocol. Overall not a good place to work.
