Reviews

Harris and associates have always been fair, equitable, and great at communicating in times where most communication is broken or strained at best between parties. Overall, the professionalism is greatly appreciated, especially in dealing with hostile or irreparable differences between parties. Most situations needing this type of help are highly emotional, yet, when a solution is reached, it is final closure or peace mind that comes with it. Thanks for you help in this tough time.
Rex is a very down to earth person. Communication was great between me and him and way better than my family???? Sometimes it took longer than usual to get things done but he's a busy guy but it did get done. All in all I would recommend him. I think in my situation it's my family that's slowing down the process not rex, he gets things done regardless of my family and I thank him for that. Sorry for being so pushy but thats how I am I like to know every detail.
Refuses to communicate and contact with clients that were referred to him by the court. Mr. Harris guaranteed to write a agreement between two parties it took him a week and a half to do what he said would only take a day. The information of the document was inaccurate to what was agreed upon. At which point he refused to change it without being paid again
I was court ordered into divorce mediation with Mr. Harris. Both parties signed the confidentiality agreement prior to mediation. Opposing counsel then informed the Court that I did not cooperate with the process. Not true. Lied to the Court and breached the confidentiality agreement. When I made Harris aware of the situation, he refused to remedy the situation. He, did however, charge me for this adverse treatment.
The website says they handle landlord tenant law. When I called to inquire, the secretary said they did not. I said the website says they do. She said, "we do, from the landlord side". She never asked if I was a landlord. Basically, this law firm will help your landlord evict you but they don't handle cases the other way. So if you dislike poor people as much as Harris and associates, then this is probably the law office for you.
