I couldn’t be more grateful for the positive experience I’ve had these past four years with the Joel Bieber Firm, specifically with Mr. Scott and Ms. Kelly. From the first day that I rolled into the office in my wheelchair they have been nothing but supportive, kind, sympathetic, hard working, considerate, and most importantly, have treated me like family. They patiently walked me through every step of the case, answered my every question, never made me feel like my case was unimportant, and always went the extra mile. I could not be more grateful to have such a wonderful pair represent me. I was the victim of Felony AWDW, and Felony hit/run on Jan 28th 2024. I was literally hit by a road rage driver that left me laying on the ground. I went to Mission hospital by ambulance and was treated horribly. I even received another person's arm band the hospital put on me. I called Joel, and this was their response. I have a right to protect myself and that is exactly what the police said!!! This guy literally chased me to my exit and started getting out of his car, I HAVE A RIGHT TO PROTECT MYSELF. If inwas in the wrong the cops would of arrested me also!!! This law firm is a complete joke. Good afternoon John, I spoke to an attorney in reference to the incident that took place and we are unable to take this case. The attorneys will have a hard time arguing on your behalf since you got out and approached their car with an axe and ultimately hit the windshield with the axe so unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to take your case. If you have any questions, feel free to give me a call. I will be leaving the office today at 1:30 but will be here all day tomorrow. DONT EVEN BOTHER CALLING THEM.
