The Huerta Law firm is exceptional. They are very professional and have helped me a lot in my case Rick and Rubi are constantly calling me to notify me of events that happen in my case. Definitely trust worthy and worth every penny. There prices honest not too expensive.

I am a new person with my brother as a client. I cannot tell you all enough how frustrated I am at this point. I am more than likely going to file a formal complaint. This paralegal, Rick, who works for Huerta Law Firm is probably the most unprofessional person I've dealt with in my life. Unfortunately, my brother's case was turn over to this firm, and without any help from this guy. I don't live in Texas, but I have been trying to follow the proceedings in which my brother is going through. I've called to find out information and was told that Rick was handling my brother's case. His case was handed to him in March and I started calling Huerta Firm as soon as they gave the case to them. I must've called 5-6 times, and within that time, Rick, would tell me that he would call me back. One of the times he promised he would. Never did I EVER get a call from him. Today, I spoke to him and he, for the first time, gave me little information about my brother's case. He offered to give me the ZOOM info so that I can hopefully tune in when my brother's hearing date comes. He, again, assured a call back just to give me the information about the ZOOM. Yes, once again, he failed to do so. I'm working and i'm feeling that these guys are jacking me around, knowing that I do not live there, and I'm a busy woman working like everyone else. They are no different. Simple, ethical, professional pieces of your JOB is to call your client's or family members of said client back. What can I say, it's pretty easy. It takes no more than 1 minute to call back and give me the information for a ZOOM and move forward. I called back today, when I got home the secretary put me on hold, and got back on the phone and stated that he just stepped outside of his office or maybe it was a meeting, or dinner, you get the point. Either way, he couldn't get on the phone and maybe was trying to avoid me. She said he would call back. Once again for the win; no call back! This guy has no basic consideration. Again, unfortunately, I do feel that my hands and feet are tied and I will continue to do what I have to for me and especially for my brother. Please don't use Huerta Law Firm. Hiring paralegals is so essential that some say they are the heart of the office. Well, clearly they need a transplant heart and pronto!!

Highly recommend Mr Rick took care of my misdemeanor case got it dismissed without me having to go to court. He is very attentive & knowledgeable very patient with all of the questions I had.
