Working with Harris Law is a struggle. Nothing is simple and nothing is done with ease. You have to beg and repeatedly ask to get anything done. Often you are surprised with issues that you didn't know about because no one took the time to tell you and that makes working with them even more hazardous to your health. Truly a bad experience all around. Unless you don't care, you are best advised to never ever hire Harris Law as it is possibly the worst law firm I have encountered. Management is essentially non existent, and always reactive, not pro-active. Extensive accounting impropriety whereby Harris Law charges clients interest on items that are just estimates and not actuals; refusal to provide back up support for disbursement even though required by law. Tells you to march to their office so you can see the back ups while they watch over you like the mafia. Refusal to provide clients with copies of routine depositions, research reports assessing asset determination necessary for lawsuits. Lack of experience results in ill preparation for depositions as key details/issues not discussed/overlooked. Consistent pattern of concerning issues include: lack of disclosure; poor communication; zero strategy, failure to explain implications which is always last minute. Too often Harris Law holds you hostage, forcing you to accept less than the minimum any law firm could get due to lack of foresight. Bottom-line, Harris Law cuts corners and fails to correct mistakes/errors, even when noted. Much of the problems stem from last minute staffing by inexperienced attorneys & attorney turnover. Curious why there are two 5 star reviews without ANY explanation, so am confident those are shill reviews. Stay away. This is a bad law firm and surprised they can stay in business with such shoddy business practices. Amazing!
